WHAT SORT OF PEOPLE TRAVEL ON GOBUS?
GOBUS traveller's are generally aged 18-35, but people of all ages are welcome. Our travellers are adventurous, independent, backpacker oriented traveller's and familiar with budget accommodation including low-cost hotels, youth hostels and occasional campsites. GOBUS travellers come from all over the world - Britain, Australia, Asia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, South Africa, the States and so on - its is a great way to meet people and make new friends while you travel the world. Group mix is quite varied including single travellers, couples and groups of friends. |

IS MY MONEY SAFE?
GOBUS is owned and operated by the 'Go Travelling Ltd' travel group, who have been successfully operating adventure tours in Egypt and other far-flung destinations for more than 10 years. We are a financially bonded member of ABTA and ATOL. This means your hard-earned cash is as safe as houses, when booking with us. |

IS IT OKAY IF I TRAVEL ALONE AND DO I PAY EXTRA?
Yes! A lot of single travellers book with us. We'll aim to match you up with another single traveller of the same sex on your trip if you wish, so you don't have to pay a single supplement. |

HOW MUCH MONEY SHOULD I BUDGET?
Please check the inclusions and exclusions for each trip which are clearly detailed on our website. You will need to budget for meals not included, tipping kitty and entrance fees. The amounts vary per destination and depending on how much you want to eat and see! |

DO YOU CHARGE LOCAL PAYMENTS?
For the most part - no. We only have local payments on our trips to Morocco, Africa and South America due to the nature of these trips where the local payment is used towards costs of meals and campsite fees |

ARE YOUR TRIPS GUARANTEED - DO YOU CANCEL THEM?
All trips are guaranteed subject to a minimum of 4 people on the trip. (excluding Africa and South America which are a minimum of 6) To date we have not cancelled any trips! |

HOW DO I BOOK?
Its simple! The easiest way to book in online on our website. Alternatively, you can call us and book over the phone. For bookings taken over the phone, you will need to fill in our booking form, but for online bookings, its sufficient to accept our booking terms and conditions online. To secure your place on one of our trips, you will need to pay our non-refundable deposit. |

WHEN DO I MAKE FINAL PAYMENT FOR MY HOLIDAY?
We normally require final payment 8-weeks prior to departure, but are quire flexible in the respect. You can manage your entire booking online using our 'Traveller Login' area. You can make further payments online and collect all relevant documentation online too. We aim to minimise unnecessary use of paper and have aimed to make GoBus as 'web based' a travel company as possible. |

CAN I BOOK MY INERNATIONAL FLIGHTS THROUGH YOU?
If you are travelling from the UK, we can book your international flights through us - we are an ATOL licensed operator. None of our trip prices include the cost of international flights since we have travellers joining us from all over the world. |

IS TRAVEL INSURANCE COMPULSORY?
In a word - yes! It is a regulatory requirement for us, so we cannot accept travellers on our trips without travel insurance. If you are travelling from the UK we can assist with booking your travel insurance. |
